Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds

At the centre of this halo engagement ring is a bold round brilliant cut diamond. Hand set in a cushion-shaped head, the diamond it framed by a halo of smaller diamonds. This creates an illusion of an even larger centre stone. The cushion-shaped border, softens the halo whilst also bring a contemporary style to the ring.

For even more sparkle, the shoulders of the ring are also set with diamonds and the ring was cast in bright white platinum.

Platinum Princess Cut Diamond Cluster Engagement Ring

A beautiful princess cut diamond cluster engagement ring cast in platinum.

We were so excited when the customer came to us with this bespoke engagement ring design. They knew exactly what they wanted and gave us a wonderful challenge!

At the centre of the ring are four princess cut diamonds which are invisibly set. Invisible setting is a highly specialised type of setting so we got in touch with our expert diamond dealer in Antwerp to ask for their help. They managed to supply us with an earring that was invisibly set with four princess cut diamonds which we could work the design around. Sometimes it’s a case of thinking outside the box!

Meanwhile, using our CAD software, we created a square halo of round brilliant cut diamonds. They were framed with a metal border on both the inside and outside edge. The earring back was removed and the diamond head was lowered into this platinum frame. Then the metal on the inside edge was pushed tightly around the earring, trapping the princess cut diamond earring in the halo.

To finish off this bespoke cluster design, round brilliant cut diamonds were hand set into the shoulders of the platinum band and a millgrain detail was added.

A truly beautiful design. And a great example of how our expert jewellers meet the challenge of an exciting and bespoke design!

18ct White Gold Diamond Rose Engagement Ring

A bespoke diamond rose engagement ring cast in 18ct white gold.

When the customer first came to see us they were looking for a bespoke engagement ring that would be a real eye catcher with a diamond WOW factor. And sure enough, there is a diamond on almost every available space on this stunning engagement ring!

Developing an idea which was inspired by some images they had found online, the customer worked with our expert jewellers to design this beautifully bespoke rose engagement ring.

At it’s centre is a claw set round brilliant cut centre, chosen by the customer. Surrounding this are over 100 smaller round brilliant cut diamonds of matching colour and clarity. All of which have been carefully hand set along the delicate white gold petals and the band of the ring.

The design came to life through CAD, our Computer Aided Design software. Here, Gary was able to bring together the design ideas to create 3D virtual images for the customer to view and approve. Only once the customer was fully happy with their bespoke design was it sent to the casters to be cast in 18 carat white gold.

On it’s return to us, the ring was hand set with all those beautiful diamonds! The very bottom of the ring was left unset to allow for any resizing in the future.

A stunning combination of rustic hues. The warm tone of the 18ct rose gold metal complements the rich green tourmaline beautifully. We love this bespoke engagement ring design.

The customer chose an elegant diamond halo to frame the green tourmaline and also decided to have diamonds hand set down the shoulders too. The sparkling round brilliant cut diamonds lift the round brilliant cut tourmaline and the rounded square halo. A clever design choice to provide a flawless aesthetic.

The shoulders of the ring also have a bold split detail which allows the colourful halo to have a floating illusion. This further enables lots of light to enter the tourmaline too giving it it’s bright green sparkle. A colourful and beautiful halo engagement ring, proudly made by our expert Yorkshire jewellers.

A stunning platinum halo engagement ring with an asscher cut diamond centre stone.

The customer came to us for a bespoke engagement ring that boasted a beautiful 0.70ct asscher cut diamond. Following in the style of one of our previous creations, a Palladium Tiffany Inspired Victorian Style Engagement Ring, they were looking to have an octagonal halo around the centre diamond.

A millgrain detail separates the centre asscher cut diamond and the 16 round brilliant cut grain set diamonds of the halo. This intricate detail then carries on down the shoulders to frame a further selection of round brilliant cut diamonds of matching colour and clarity.
