Palladium round cut sapphire solitaire engagement ring
The customer came across this half collet design whist looking at Form’s collection on our website, which had been designed originally to be set with a diamond. We arranged for them to come in and discuss the options available as they were looking to create an engagement ring with a coloured precious stone.
The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers worked with this customer to find the perfect sapphire, sourcing different colours and sizes to be sent in for them to view. They chose this stunning 6.3mm round brilliant cut blue sapphire weighing 1.36 carats.
The ring was then cast into palladium, set and hand finished by the team at the Chapel Allerton workshop in Leeds. The combination of the blue sapphire and half collet setting looks stunning as it allows plenty of light into the stone which we think sets off the colour of the sapphire beautifully.
