Sometimes, the profile of an engagement ring can make it tricky to find a standard wedding ring that will sit neatly alongside it. This is when a bespoke fitted wedding ring is the solution and this is one of our specialities here at Form Bespoke Jewellers.

Here, the band is shaped to follow the profile of the engagement ring almost like a jigsaw piece. It is cast in matching 18ct white gold with a matching width of band. Then, for extra sparkle, round brilliant cut diamonds are grain set across the top of the band, framing the solitaire diamond of the engagement ring. A perfect-fit pair.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a wedding ring that will sit neatly alongside your engagement ring, particularly if it has an unusual profile. Here, the customer had a bold, trilogy halo engagement ring, so a bespoke fitted wedding ring was the perfect solution.

Following the shape of the engagement ring for guidance, our expert Yorkshire jewellers created an 18ct white gold band that would sit like a jigsaw piece next to the existing ring.

Along the top of the band, round brilliant cut diamonds were grain set by hand to match the engagement ring design too. A beautiful, sparkling fitted wedding ring; the perfect accompaniment to the customer’s engagement ring.

This is lovely example of a fitted wedding ring that doesn’t follow the profile of the engagement ring, but instead sits neatly alongside it whilst complementing its style.  It also allows both rings to make a statement independently rather than appearing to merge from one to the other.

The tapered band of the fitted wedding ring nips in where the furthest part of the engagement ring comes out. The round brilliant cut diamonds graduate in size to coordinate with the tapering width of the band. All the diamonds are of matching colour and clarity to the engagement ring and are grain set too. This ensures a flawless finish across the set.

Both rings are 18ct carat white gold and both retain their own unique style and sparkle. A beautiful pair!

A bespoke palladium opal wedding ring.

The customer contacted the team at Form Bespoke Jewellers with some ideas and asking for advice of how best to achieve their perfect wedding rings.

The customer decided to go for a 6mm wide court ring with chamfered edges in palladium and requested the outside to be hand engraved with a personal message in Chinese symbols. The team also arranged for the same inscription to be placed on the inside of the bride’s ring.

18ct yellow gold engraved wedding ring with musical notes

This couple came to us wanting something original in design incorporating their favourite piece of music. They chose a pair of 7mm 18ct yellow gold flat court rings. Although this was tricky to design and to mark out the musical notes,  it worked brilliantly.

The couple also chose to have a message engraved inside the rings to mark their special day. The engraving inside and out has been blackened to make it into more of a feature. We’re really pleased with the final results and our customers loved their Musical Notes Hand Engraved Wedding Rings.

This design is also available in a selection of widths to suit you. They can be engraved with notes from a piece of music which is special to you.

Palladium Gents Engraved Wedding Ring

Stepped edges and textured detail transforms this flat court wedding ring into a stylish gents engraved wedding ring.

This customer chose a 6mm flat court wedding ring in palladium but then added their own twist!

The diamond cutting detail on the edge creates a stepped effect which makes the centre appear raised. To further enhance the centre section a brushed texture was applied, in contrast to the highly polished stepped edges, finally an engraved diamond cut line was added.

Designed by the customer, this distinct wedding ring is part of a Palladium Matching Wedding Ring Set.

From the start, the groom-to-be knew exactly what he wanted his wedding ring to look like and with the help of our expert Yorkshire jewellers, his design came to life.

At the centre of the ring is an oval opal which has been rub set by hand for a neat, tactile finish. The width of the band tapers down from the opal and is detailed with bespoke engraving, again designed by the customer. The ring is cast in a trendy palladium. This was specially chosen to match the ring’s counterpart: a Palladium Plain Fitted Wedding Ring.

A great example of using texture to create a unique wedding ring. The customer came to Form Bespoke Jewellers and, with the help of our expert jewellers, decided on a brushed finish and diamond cut wedding ring.

The flat profile of the platinum band has been softened by rounding the edges slightly. The customer then chose to have a brushed section running around the centre of the band, framed by diamond cut lines. This is a great way to create a more distinctive visual separation of the outer polished sections from the centre textured area. An effective contemporary gents wedding ring which is growing in popularity.

Platinum Wedding Ring with Diamond Cut Line and Brushed Finish

Platinum brushed finished engraved wedding ring

The customer knew that he wanted a contemporary platinum design for his bespoke wedding ring. After visiting our Chapel Allerton studio and trying on a few different shapes and styles, he decided on a court profile which would provide a comfortably fit alongside a classic shape.

To ensure a stylish edge, he chose to have a polished diamond cut line running along the centre of the ring to match the polished inside of the band. Then a brushed finish was added across the rest of the band to offer a contrasting matte look.

This bespoke gents wedding ring was created as part of a platinum pair for this couple. The bride-to-be had a platinum diamond set fitted wedding ring created by our expert jewellers to sit perfectly alongside her engagement ring.

The customer came to us looking for a stylish twist on a traditional plain wedding ring. He wanted to use texture to add a trendy detail and ensure his ring was truly bespoke.

After looking at a selection of samples in our Yorkshire showroom, the customer decided on which style details he preferred.

Firstly, we started with an 18ct white gold band which had a flat court profile. This is a strong contemporary look for a gents wedding ring. Three parallel lines were then diamond cut around the entire ring. Finally, a brushed finish was added across the outside surface of the ring. This design choice allowed the diamond cut lines to remain polished, as well as the inside of the ring. A really trendy contrast!

A stunning gents wedding ring with four striking diamonds.

The customer was looking to recreate a design that they had seen and the team at Form Bespoke Jewellers created a similar 10mm wide wedding ring cast in palladium.

The line of four 0.06 carat brilliant cut diamonds is set flush in the ring, providing a clean illusion of a tension setting. A soft brushed texture was then applied to the ring for a modern fresh finish.

18ct White Gold Engraved and Textured Gents Wedding Ring

18ct white gold brushed and polished finish wedding ring

Our team at Form Bespoke Jewellers presented the customer with a selection of different design options. It is possible to polish, satin or brush finish metal. And there are all sorts of engraving options available.

The customer decided upon this bespoke combination. A deep engraved line that runs around the entire ring, with a brushed texture above the line and a softer satin texture below. The base ring itself was a traditional 5 mm court profile wedding ring cast in 18ct white gold. We think this is a great way to stylise a gents wedding ring. If you aren’t so keen on adding diamonds for sparkle, and engraved or textured option is definitely the way to go!

This bespoke wedding jewellery set has been made to the customer’s design in a jigsaw style with contrasting finishes.

Gents Two Colour Gold Wedding Ring

Bespoke gents two colour gold wedding ring

Part of a matching pair, the gentleman in this couple was looking for a gents two colour gold wedding ring.

Here, the 18ct yellow gold band is inlaid with an 18ct white gold band. Then a diamond cut line has been added either side of the white gold band.

The profile of the wedding band is flat. However the edges have been rounded to create a more softened feel. This bespoke gents wedding ring was then polished and finished in our Chapel Allerton workshop by expert jewellers.
