Platinum Whitby Jet and Blue John Helix Engagement Ring

The customer came to us with a unique engagement ring design for their partner.

Its focus is on a delicate helix which is flanked by two unusual precious gemstones: Blue John and Whitby Jet.

The ring was created on CAD and then cast in the customer's chosen metal, platinum, complementing the dark stones beautifully.

Both the Whitby Jet and the Blue John were specially selected and then cut into a round cabochon-like domes. They were then hand set into neat rub settings for a tactile finish.

A bespoke and stunning engagement ring designed by the customer and created by our Yorkshire jewellers.

Star Sapphire and Diamond Engagement Ring

The customer had seen the Star Sapphire used in jewellery abroad and wanted to create their own ring using this beautiful stone. A star sapphire has a naturally-occurring enhanced reflective area in the shape of a "star" on the surface of a cabochon cut stone.

The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers in Leeds sourced the blue/grey colour Star Sapphire stone and created a unique engagement ring design in platinum.

To compliment this cool and contemporary design, 0.52ct of princess cut diamonds (of G colour and VS quality) were then channel set by hand down the shoulders.

Platinum Black Pearl and Diamond Engagement Ring

 A stunning black pearl and diamond engagement ring cast in platinum.

The customer came in to see us in our Yorkshire showroom with a particular design in mind. They were looking for a bold engagement ring that would incorporate a black pearl, diamonds and shaped shank. So, alongside the guidance of our jewellers and using CAD, a beautiful and dramatic design came to fruition.

A bold black pearl sits at the centre of the ring with the flat court band appearing to fold down and around it. The edges of the band are also diamond set with petite round brilliant cut diamonds. This creates a sparkling frame around the pearl.

The customer chose for the ring to be cast in platinum which complements the black pearl and white diamonds beautifully.

Yellow and white diamond engagement ring

The customer came to us with a unique and stunning idea for an engagement ring - a yellow and white diamond engagement ring!

They chose to have the solitaire centre stone as the coloured diamond, so our expert jewellers sourced a selection of yellow diamonds for the customer to choose from.

Once they had chosen their perfect yellow diamond, a selection of ten matching round brilliant cut white diamonds were chosen for the shoulders of the 18ct white gold band.

The yellow diamond centre stone is set in a tension style, allowing most of the diamond to be seen. The white diamonds on the shoulders are grain set to add extra detail.

A stunning, contemporary engagement ring; using colour to create a bespoke design. The customer was very happy with the final result, as were we!

Diamond and Pearl Crossover Engagement Ring

A beautiful engagement ring showcasing pearl and diamonds.

The customer came to our Yorkshire showroom to talk to our jewellers about creating a bespoke pearl and diamond engagement ring.

They liked the design of one of previous commissions which had a swirl, crossover element, and so decided to develop his ideas from this.

Alongside our expert jewellers, this beautiful engagement ring design was created and the ring was cast in 18ct white gold.

A beautiful pearl was chosen to be hand set in the centre. Then, round brilliant cut diamonds were set along the undulating shoulders and a millgrain detailing engraved around it as a pretty frame.

Green Garnet and Diamond Engagement Ring

,

This stunning engagement ring has a total of 23 stones: 11 green garnets and 12 diamonds.

We were very excited about making this engagement ring. By using the green garnets and diamonds together, we were sure it was going to be a really beautiful combination!

Garnets are more commonly known as a red stone, but there is a whole spectrum of colours within this group of gemstones, and the green garnet was made popular in the 1960's by Tiffany's. Like with red garnets, the colours range in depth and they have particularly good brilliance. Green garnets offer a lovely alternative to an emerald.

With this engagement ring we used a combination of Tsavorite and Demantoid Garnets, which are slightly different in shade and work perfectly in reducing the colour the further down the ring they go. Combined with the stunning diamonds, this ring is a great success.

You may think that making amazing pieces of jewellery like this would be expensive... But the way we operate at Form Bespoke Jewellers ensures it isn't! As a customer you are able to see any diamonds or gemstones before making any financial commitment and make sure the design is perfect for the piece your interested in. We then only purchase the metal and stones once you've given us the go ahead! A normal high street jewellery store already has items in stock and has to increase their prices substantially because of this!

Amethyst & Diamond Crossover

The diamond measures 4mm across ( 25 points ) and the Amethyst is 6mm wide.

Our customer was really keen to try and encapsulate the hobby he shares with his now fiancée.

If you've not guessed already it's astrology!

We used 2.5mm round 18ct White Gold wire for the shank to give the effect that these are the trails of the two planets crossing.

We are really pleased with the results and our customer is over the moon...

Palladium Pearl Engagement Ring

Featuring a stunning Akoya pearl in a stunning palladium engagement ring.

This customer already had a strong idea of the design that he wanted to create and sent us images of different elements that he wanted incorporating into his own design.

The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers sourced a selection of both South Sea and Akoya pearls in a selection of sizes and colours.  The customer chose this lovely 7mm Akoya pearl and then the final proportions could be made to the design. The engagement ring was further enhanced by a 1.5mm round brilliant diamond.

Once approved, this stunning bespoke design was cast in palladium.

Pink and Blue Sapphire Engagement Ring

Coloured sapphire engagement ring

The customer came to us with an engagement ring idea they had designed for their partner. They were looking to create a multi-strand illusion and use pink and blue sapphires to bring some extra colour to the design.

Using our Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, a 3D image was created of the final design for the ring. Once approved by the customer, it was then sent to the casters to be cast into palladium.

Once it had returned to us in our Chapel Allerton Studio, this palladium engagement ring was hand set with pink and blue sapphires of varying sizes, finished and polished.

The customer was thrilled with their final piece of fine jewellery - a truly bespoke pink and blue sapphire engagement ring. They then returned to us for their wedding ring.

Moissonite & Sapphire Engagement Ring

Using a moissonite and sapphire to create a bold engagement ring.

The customer came to us with a strong design concept already in mind. They wanted to create a sweep style engagement ring with two trillion cut stones of contrasting colours.

After sourcing a selection of stones for the customer to view, they chose a 6mm deep blue sapphire and a 6mm moissonite. Moissonite is similar to a diamond in appearance but more cost effective. 

This beautiful engagement ring was cast in platinum and then hand set, finished and polished in our Chapel Allerton Studio.

This stunning vintage-style ring was created using the customers own diamonds and opal.

Our customer has a design background and brought her sketches/ideas over to us. We then worked with her to create the ring to her exact specifications. The modelmaking, setting and finishing was all done in house at Form Bespoke Jewellers in Leeds.

Set in platinum, the result is a beautiful vintage inspired piece that has been designed around the diamond and opal stones perfectly; a stunning and unique ring.

A platinum halo engagement ring with a blue sapphire and diamonds

At the centre of this bespoke engagement ring is a beautiful blue sapphire. The sapphire was hand picked by the customer from a selection sourced by our expert jewellers. This is an extra special service we are able to offer as a bespoke jewellers, where you can choose your perfect stones.

A pretty halo of petite round brilliant cut diamonds frame the sapphire. Then, for that extra sparkle, the shoulders of the ring are also set with diamonds. All the diamonds in this ring are of matching colour and clarity to ensure a pristine finish. 

One of the prettiest parts of this engagement ring is in fact the delicate basket which holds the sapphire and diamond halo (see images below). Whilst also being a lovely design feature, it also allows light to enter into the side of the halo.

18ct Yellow Gold Ruby and Diamond Cluster Engagement Ring

A stunning classic halo design - ruby and diamond cluster engagement ring.

The customer was looking to create either a cluster or a three stone ring. After looking through lots of design options, they decided upon this beautiful, traditional cluster (halo) design.

The 18ct white gold head is set with an 8 x 6mm oval cut ruby which is surrounded by 12 x 2.25mm diamonds of G colour and SI clarity with a combined diamond weight of 0.54 carats. The band is 18ct yellow gold which adds a rich contrast to the ruby centre stone.

The classic design of this ring mirrors that of Princess Diana's engagement ring which was presented to Kate Middleton by Prince William when he proposed.

The shoulders of the ring are also diamond set and have a pretty split detail. These lovely extra features help to finish the piece off beautifully.

An open, scalloped basket holds the colourful halo of this engagement ring. This not only adds a pretty design feature, but allows light to hit the sapphire from lots of different angles and in turn increasing its sparkle.

The beautiful blue sapphire is surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds, which then follow down the shoulders of the ring. The shoulders also have an elegant, split feature too.

Yellow and White Gold Cluster Ring Remodelling

A cluster ring remodelling using yellow and white gold.

The customer came to us with an existing ring that they were looking to have remodelled. Importantly, they wanted to incorporate both yellow and white gold to follow a traditional setting style.

So firstly, the band of the ring and the bottom of the setting were created in yellow gold. Then, in order to complement the emerald and diamond halo,  a secondary part (making up the tips of the claws) was cast in white gold. This was then soldered, by hand, onto the yellow gold base to create a two-toned basket. A beautiful feature-setting.

Our expert jewellers hand set the beautiful cluster stones, and the final polish was completed in our Chapel Allerton workshop.

A colourful diamond engagement ring.

The customer was looking to design an engagement ring that suited their individual style and budget.

After deciding on a halo style, the customer decided they wanted a colourful centre stone. Our expert jewellers then sourced a selection of yellow diamonds of varying colour and clarity and the customer decided on this lovely stone.

16 round brilliant cut white diamonds were then grain set around the centre stone. This palladium yellow and white diamond engagement ring is a stunning example of a classic style with a modern twist.

Opal and Diamond Engagement Ring

An opal centre stone with a diamond halo.

The customer came to us with a design they had drawn of an engagement ring for their partner, inspired picture they had already seen. After sitting down with one of our expert jewellers, a design was created on CAD which was then sent to the casters and cast in 9ct white gold.

Our jewellers then sourced a selection of opals for the customer to choose from. When it comes to opals, their colour play can vary quite dramatically so it was important for the customer to get a really good look at all the options. His chosen opal was then set in the centre of this stunning halo design.

Round brilliant cut diamonds were then set around the halo and down the twisted cut-out shoulders.

The customer was thrilled to see his design come to life - a beautiful and bespoke opal and diamond engagement ring.

Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Engagement Ring

The customer came to Form Bespoke Jewellers, Leeds, to create a bespoke three stone engagement ring. The team arranged for a selection of diamonds and sapphires to be delivered and the customer chose a beautiful 0.52 carat round brilliant cut diamond (of G colour and VS2 clarity) to be set as the centre stone. Then two 3.4mm round brilliant cut sapphires with a lovely clean colour and quality to be set either side.

A bespoke design was then created, by our expert team at Form Bespoke Jewellers, to compliment the precious stones, and then it was cast in platinum. All the setting and finishing also took place by hand at the Chapel Allerton workshop in Leeds.

White Gold Emerald and Diamond TRilogy Engagement Ring

This bespoke engagement ring is a lovely example of a colourful trilogy style.

At the centre, is a four-claw set, bright green emerald. Then, two emerald cut diamonds sit either side of it creating a beautiful sparkling frame. They too are hand set in a neat four-claw setting. They are also of matching colour and clarity, and have been cleverly proportion to the emerald to ensure a flawless finish across the piece.

The delicate setting sits upon a flat court shank which gives the ring a contemporary twist. The customer chose to have the ring cast in platinum creating a lovely complement to the emerald and diamond trilogy.
