18ct White Gold Diamond Set Fitted Wedding Ring

Another stunning example of our unrivalled skills at creating wedding rings that fit perfectly against any shape of engagement ring

This customer did not buy their engagement ring from Form Bespoke Jewellers however its unusual profile was causing them difficulty in finding a wedding ring to sit perfectly against it.

The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers worked with them to create a wedding ring which matches the width, depth, proportions and design of the engagement ring perfectly. Initially hand made in pewter at the Chapel Allerton workshop, the approved model was then sent to me cast into 18ct white gold to match the engagement ring.

The ring was then hand set with 25 x 1.3mm round brilliant cut diamonds  diamonds which again matched the diamonds ad setting style of the engagement ring.

The result is that you would never know that these rings had not been created as a pair!

Diamond Engagement and Fitted Wedding Ring Set

A stunning engagement and wedding ring set showcasing round brilliant cut diamonds.

Our client came to us with a design idea for her engagement ring and was then looking to have a bespoke wedding ring shaped to fit against it.

After meeting with us in our Leeds showroom, we were able to come up with a few different options for her to choose from.

The approved engagement ring design included two different sized round brilliant cut diamonds hand set into a sweep style platinum setting. The wedding ring then included a smaller round brilliant cut diamond set in line with the engagement ring.

The two bespoke rings sit perfectly alongside one another creating the illusion of one ring with tapering diamonds.

Yellow Gold Diamond Fitted Wedding Ring

Created to compliment each other perfectly!

The customer came to us for a yellow gold diamond fitted wedding ring to sit perfectly alongside their engagement ring (which was also made by us here at Form Bespoke Jewellers).

Their engagement ring was a: Tiffany Inspired 18ct yellow gold engagement ring. It was set with a beautiful marquise cut diamond weighing 0.41cts and of G colour and VS clarity).

Our expert jewellers created this 18ct yellow gold diamond fitted wedding ring to fit perfectly against the profile of the engagement ring. It was set all the way round with round brilliant cut diamonds, then hand finished and polished in our Chapel Allerton workshop.

This pair was meant to be together!

The model was originally created by hand in pewter before being cast in platinum to match the engagement ring and set with diamonds in exactly the same way as the engagement ring.

Wedding Ring to Trilogy Wave Engagement Ring

The customer came to us for shaped wedding ring to fit their trilogy wave engagement ring.

As the customer's engagement had a very unique and unusual shape, it was important for them to have a handmade wedding ring that would sit perfectly alongside it.

Here at Form Bespoke Jewellers, shaped wedding rings are one of our specialities. Firstly, on of our expert jewellers created a pewter model. This was then sent to the casters to be cast in the customer's chosen metal, platinum, to match their engagement ring.

On its return to us, round brilliant cut diamonds were then channel set to match the engagement ring design; starting and finishing at the same points.

The customer returned to us following a previous visit to Form Bespoke Jewellers for their stunning engagement ring.

Their platinum engagement ring boasts a classic trilogy style with three round brilliant cut diamonds beautifully hand set to give the illusion of a princess cut. They then chose to have millgrain details added around each diamond.

On their second trip to see us, they were looking for a fitted wedding ring design that would sit perfectly alongside their unique engagement ring. Alongside our expert jewellers, they designed this diamond set shaped wedding ring with additional millgrain details to compliment their existing ring.

At the heart of the wedding ring is a bold, round brilliant cut ruby. On the shoulders of the ring is a bespoke leaf and diamond design which frames the ruby beautifully.

Fitted Wedding Ring with Options to Diamond Set

The customer returned to us for a bespoke fitted wedding ring that would have options for more diamonds to be set in the future.

The customer's engagement ring had been inspired by one of our previous creations: an 18ct White Gold Princess Cut Diamond Halo Engagement Ring. The ring boasts an unusual flat profile across the halo (as opposed to the more traditional style with the centre stone being slightly raised). This proved to be both a functional and elegant design detail.

Unlike our previous commission, the customer had chosen to create a twist design on the shank rather than stylised tapered shoulders. Although this was a beautiful design detail, it provided more of a challenge to find a wedding ring that would fit neatly alongside it.

So our expert jewellers here at Form Bespoke Jewellers in Leeds, created a CAD design of a perfectly shaped fitted wedding ring that would sit right up next to the engagement ring shape. The design was then sent to our casters to be cast in the same metal as the engagement ring - platinum. On it's return to us, a selection of diamonds were hand set down the shoulders, with options left for more diamonds to be added in the future.

The customer returned to us for a bespoke platinum fitted wedding ring to fit their Platinum Two Stone Diamond Engagement Ring

The customer was only without their engagement ring for a day or so whilst a pewter model was created by hand of their fitted wedding ring.

The pewter model was then sent to our reputable casters to be cast into platinum matching their engagement ring. We would always recommended that any fine jewellery which is worn alongside each other is of the same precious metal.

The ring was then hand finished and polished in our Yorkshire workshop.

Sometimes it can be tricky to find a wedding ring that sits neatly alongside your engagement ring, especially if it has an unusual profile. For this customer, their solitaire marquise engagement ring ideally suited a bespoke fitted wedding ring.

Here at Form Bespoke Jewellers, we specialise in fitted wedding rings as we have the ability to hand shape the perfect profile to match your engagement ring. Or we can use our specialist CAD software too.

This bespoke fitted wedding ring was created using a pewter modelling technique. Our expert jeweller, Tim, created a model that sat like a jigsaw against the customer's engagement ring. This was then sent to the casters to be cast in platinum and then returned to us for a final polish.

The perfect fit and the customer was thrilled with their bespoke fitted wedding ring.

A perfect platinum fitted wedding ring

For a returning customer

Following the creation of their bespoke engagement ring, the customer returned to Form Bespoke Jewellers, in Chapel Allerton, Leeds for us to create a perfect platinum fitted wedding ring.

The square profile of the engagement ring band was perfectly re-created and hand shaped to fit under the head of the engagement ring. This enhances the style of the original design beautifully. The wedding ring was cast in platinum and hand finished at our Chapel Allerton studio.

Here at Form Bespoke Jewellers, we are specialists in creating fitted wedding rings that sit perfectly against the profile of your engagement ring. Most jewellers will send your ring away and you will be without it for 6 weeks. We only require your engagement ring for one day to create a profile pewter model and then when the model has been cast in precious metal we require your engagement ring for one more day only to do the final fitting. All work takes place at our Chapel Allerton Studio in Leeds and your engagement ring will never be sent away from our premises.

The perfect fit

The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers were contacted by this customer who had bought their engagement ring elsewhere. They were looking to create a bespoke wedding ring for their marquise cut diamond engagement ring, which also had a twist shank.

Form Bespoke Jewellers' skilled in-house jewellers, initially handmade a model in pewter to get a perfect profile of the engagement ring. Am early stage of this model can be seen in the images below. Once approved, the ring was then cast into platinum to match the engagement ring.

A bespoke double fitted wedding ring

A double fitted wedding ring that gives a new edge to an heirloom engagement ring.

The customer had inherited an engagement ring which has a great deal of sentimental value and wanted to design a fitted wedding ring that would not only compliment the original piece but really move the style on to compliment their own personality.

The inherited ring is a beautiful slim ring but chunky jewellery is what our customer preferred to suit her own personal style. So we set to work making a fitted wedding ring to fit either side of the engagement ring, both perfectly equal in size and with a total width of 15mm. They were set in a stunning 18ct white gold.

Making fitted wedding rings is one of our specialities and one of the most rewarding jobs too. This request was a bit tricky but at Form Bespoke Jewellers we love a challenge! As you can see the final result works extremely well and we're very proud of it! 

The customer was delighted with their new creation, giving their heirloom a modern day edge.

The customer returned to us for a bespoke wedding ring to fit a trilogy engagement ring.

The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers initially created this couple's engagement ring using diamonds that they had inherited from family members. We then went on to create a handmade wedding ring which sits perfectly against the edge of the engagement ring.

Once the handmade pewter model had been approved it was then cast in 18ct white gold and hand finished and polished at our Chapel Allerton studio.
When the two rings are worn together, they look absolutely stunning and the couple were delighted!

Palladium swirl fitted wedding ring

A perfect fit!

The customer came to us looking for a palladium swirl fitted wedding ring that would sit perfectly alongside their solitaire round brilliant cut diamond engagement ring.

It was important that the beautiful swirl profile of the customer's engagement ring was not lost when the fitted wedding ring was added. So, our expert jewellers here at Form Bespoke Jewellers suggested a few designs and the customer chose this design which follows the flow of the engagement ring beautifully.

A pewter model was firstly handmade in our Chapel Allerton studio. The model is created to fit perfectly with the engagement ring and then it is sent to be cast in palladium (the same precious metal as the engagement ring).

The customer also chose to leave the wedding ring plain with no diamonds. This allows for the focus to remain on the beautiful solitaire stone of the engagement ring and the dramatic swirl shaping of both rings.

The customer was influenced by one of our previous designs for their bespoke engagement ring. The team at Form Bespoke Jewellers in Leeds set the 0.15 carat, G colour and VS quality diamond in platinum. 

We then created the perfect fitted wedding band to compliment the engagement ring. Firstly, a pewter model was handmade by one of expert jewellers. It was then sent to the casters to be set in platinum. On its return to us, it was hand finished and polished in our Chapel Allerton studio.

The result is two rings that were made to be together and fit against each other perfectly.

Form Bespoke Jewellers created this couple’s engagement ring featuring a 6x4mm emerald cut sapphire and a pair of round brilliant cut diamonds in platinum.

This is when a bespoke jewellers comes in handy! Here at Form Bespoke Jewellers, we can create a wedding ring that is tailor-made to suit the exact shape of your engagement ring profile. We do this by hand-carving a pewter model, which is then cast in your chosen (matching) metal.

In this case, the fitted wedding ring is cast in 18ct white gold and has a bold V shape which sits beautifully around the solitaire engagement ring. A perfect, bespoke fit!
